I appreciated the helpful front desk service. Staff answered all my questions. they arranged transportation to the airport. It. the hotel features a central location. It allowed me to walk everywhere.

I found the staff cute and helpful. they offered assistance with directions and local tips. the location proved perfect. It allowed easy access to major attractions using nearby tram and railway lines (access to the tram was especially convenient). i appreciated the gift upon departure, a thoughtful touch.
the breakfast buffet sometimes felt a bit crowded during peak hours.

The location was really convenient, it was easy to get to the tourist attractions. the staff was very friendly. They were helpful too.
our initial room was quite small, smaller than i expected. the only window was looking into a wall, there was almost no air coming into the room though.

central location transportation means indoor pool
i liked the hotel's central location it allowed walking everywhere i wanted to go. all transportation means were also close, the ferry, metro station, buses and trams were accessible. i enjoyed the pool and sauna located in the hotel because the weather was rainy one day.
the breakfast lacked variety i found. there were not many choices of foods and drinks. the breakfast needs a wider selection of options.

breakfast includes freshly made eggs and a variety of foods. drinks to pick. the staff is very attentive to the guests needs, such as replenishing items immediately. i liked the cherry tomatoes and cucumbers.

the room i stayed in was nice and clean it had a very comfortable bed and clean sheets. i liked that the temperature in the room was perfect plus i could open the window for fresh air. everything was well kept.

the front desk service was wonderful, friendly, and knowledgeable, especially helpful when i asked questions. they gave me all the necessary instructions and arranged transportation to the airport. i felt very thankful for the attentive and helpful service.
